Actually got to sit and write this morning! It's hard to remember sometimes that I used to do that every single day. Of course, that was before my life was taken over by a husband and small children.
I don't mean to imply that I don't love them to bits, but I do seem to have lost my bearings recently. I think our move to a new town contributed. No more fall back jobs, no more fall back friends, no more spur of the moment babysitters (aka Grandma).
Again today I have no particular beef with "people" -- at least not with anyone other than myself. I will say that perhaps there are two big reasons in favor of having offspring while young: more energy, less self-awareness.
